You need to defrost the batters. Leave the batters exposed to room temperature until it is soft
And easy to scoop. But best if you place the batters in the refrigerator a day before you plan to bake it.

The best way to enjoy CBTB cookies is to consume them immediately. But if you plan to stock our cookies
The best is to store it in an air-tight container to make it last 3 –5 days. You can also refrigerate the cookies to
last 7-10 days.

Scoop the batter with a scooper then place the dough on a cookie sheet. No need to add butter or
cooking spray. Best to bake within 9-10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Enjoy and observe the cookies
expand. Keep an eye on it until it turns golden brown.

Since it is made with fresh eggs the cookie dough is not edible. We should be coming out with edible dough in the future.

You can keep it frozen for 3 months.
